Refund & Exchange

We pour a lot of love and care into every order that leaves our small business, but we know mistakes can happen. If there is anything you are not satisfied with on your order please let us know at and we'll do our best to make it right for you. 


Refunds offered only for items that are faulty/defective. Please reach out to us within 07 days of receipt with images of the product and proof of purchase. Item must be in original condition, unworn and with original tags. 


  • All our orders are printed on demand, just for you. For this reason, unfortunately we do not offer either exchange or refund for 'change of mind' as we cannot re-use the items. 
  • If items are defective or damaged upon delivery you can send it back to us within 07 days of receipt and we'll replace it for the same item 
  • All our size charts are available on site but we know mistakes can happen. If you need to exchange sizes for the same item send us a message on within 07 days of receipt of item.  (not applicable on personalised /custom orders)

Please note that all costs for return shipping to be covered by the customer. 

Product Colour/Style

We have made every effort to display the colour of our products as accurately as possible. Fabric colours may vary due to photography and lighting. Many of our photos are computer generated mockups and are as close to the actual product colours as possible. Style/cut of clothing may also vary from the illustration photos based on items currently in stock from varying suppliers.  Issues with colour after purchase are considered "Change of mind" and are not a reason for return or exchange

Non-Exchange items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital files
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, worn/washed or missing the original tags. .
  • Any item that is returned more than 07 days after receipt. 
  • Any item that has been personalized with names/customer specific info.  

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are non refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service for all returns/exchanges. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot offer a refund/exchange for any item we do not receive.
